Discovery Call
Hop on a 10-15 min call with us to see what we're all about and how we can help you with your content needs. Whether it be a new launch or digital ads.
Concept Design
We'll send over a creative brief to learn more about your company and project goals for your content pieces. Then we will create a story board with concept designs for your approval.
Strategy Call
We'll jump on a 15-30 min strategy session to go over shot list, mood board, and any questions you may have.
Pre-Production
Everything from location and talent scouting, prop sourcing, product set up/styling, schedule and equipment is all managed by us.
Production
From stills to motion content we bring your brand vision to life.
Post-Production
This is where a lot of the magic happens! With extensive skills in photoshop the creative possibilities are limitless. Final content will be delivered via online gallery. We aim to have content delivered within 1-2 weeks from shoot date.

What are your payment terms?50% non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your shoot with final payment made prior to content being released.

What is your turnaround time?We aim to have your content delivered to you within 1-2 weeks from shoot day. This can vary depending on current workload and time it may take to receive props. If you have a hard deadline that needs to be met please let us know so that we can do our best to accommodate.

Do you return my products?If you would like your products to be returned, please include a return post bag after the shoot. Otherwise products will be stored for up to 60 days.

What is your refund policy?Due to the nature of the work, no refunds will be issued. However, you may request a reshoot given a valid explanation.

Will you help with creative concepts? And will I know more or less what the final content will look like?Yes we are here to provide creative direction and help with creative concepts that will align with your brand. This is why it is important that you provide as much detail as possible in the creative brief. You will most certainly have an idea of what the final content will look like. Your approval of creative concepts is required before we shoot and even before we begin to source props. It is important that creative concepts are approved as soon as possible otherwise it could delay the photoshoot.

Do you offer raw files?We do not provide raw files because they are not an accurate representation of our work. A lot of the magic happens in post production where editing and retouching are what helps make the product image or content shine!
